How long does shipping take?
Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive within 2–7 business days after a 1–3 business-day processing window. The item-specific estimate is shown on every product page. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. If tracking doesn't update within 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded free. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before it ships — usually within a few hours of ordering. Email dawsondauphinais43@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
