Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Some items are not returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this is noted on the product page where it applies.
How to start a return
- Email dawsondauphinais43@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address can't be refunded.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Unless the return is our fault (see below), return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid — no return shipping required unless we ask for the item back at our expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is our fault. If you haven't seen the refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Order cancellations
