Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Snufflewise currently ships to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Most items ship from our US-based warehouses and arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. A small number of items may take longer; the honest, item-specific estimate is always shown on the product page and at checkout. Total time from order to delivery will not exceed 12 days for any item we stock — if we can't meet that, we won't sell it.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your shipping notification email contains the tracking number and a link to follow your package. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of the shipping notification, contact us at dawsondauphinais43@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. Any paid expedited options, if offered, are shown with their exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order is late, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email us at dawsondauphinais43@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery estimate or delivery date. For damaged items, please include photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Address changes & cancellations
We can change a shipping address or cancel an order only before it ships — usually within a few hours of ordering. Contact us as soon as possible at dawsondauphinais43@gmail.com with your order number.
